Healthy Strawberry Milkshake

You need to try this refreshing milkshake that’s easy to prepare and healthy too! I love this milkshake on a sunny day, it’s cooling and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana cut into pieces
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 cup milk I prefer to use non-fat

Instructions

  • Place the banana pieces in a plastic bag and freeze for an hour.
  • In a blender, blend all the ingredients until strawberries are broken and the milkshake is thick and frothy.
