Ingredients
- 1 banana cut into pieces
- 10 strawberries
- 1 cup milk I prefer to use non-fat
Instructions
- Place the banana pieces in a plastic bag and freeze for an hour.
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients until strawberries are broken and the milkshake is thick and frothy.
