Healthy Chocolate Muffins

I love these fluffy chocolate muffins. You know when you want something sweet and chocolate filled but don’t want to indulge in countless calories? This is the recipe for that solution!

INGREDIENTS

•White Whole Wheat Flour

•Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

•Greek Yoghurt

•Chocolate Chips

•Honey (or Maple Syrup)

•Pure Vanilla Extract

•Instant Espresso Powder

•Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

– Coat your muffin tray with butter or non stick spray

– In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients and then stir in the chocolate chips

– In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Then add to the dry ingredients and mix well.

– Fill each muffin cup in the tray nearly to the top then bake at 325 degrees F – 18 to 22 minutes.
