Delicious Healthy Cheesecake

This cheesecake is my go to when I’m looking for a sweet and tasty desert after a nice meal. Perfect for any occasion and to top it all off, you don’t have to count in all the unnecessary calories. Here at TastyButHealthy – finding tasty foods that hit the spot without the loaded calories is what we do best!

Ingredients :

For the crust :

  • Crushed sugar free biscuits
  • Half a cup of granulated sweetener of choice
  • One- third of a cup of butter (vegan or standard)

For the filling :

  • 1 cup no-fat cream cheese
  • 2 cups no-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • Two-thirds of a cup of granulated sweetener of choice
  • Quarter cup of all purpose flour
  • Quarter a teaspoon of salt
  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170C/325F.
  • In a bowl, add your crushed cookies, sweetener, and melted butter and whisk together until combined. Then transfer into a greased cake tray.
  • Add the cheesecake filling ingredients into a blender at high-speed and blend until smooth. Transfer onto the cheesecake crust.
  • Place the cheesecake in the oven and bake for forty-five to fifty-five minutes, or until the middle is set.
  • Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours. This allows it to firm up.
