Wow is all I can say!! These donuts melt in your mouth and are perfect for fixing that sweet craving. Healthy donuts that taste amazing? I think we all need this one! Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
- Two – thirds cup milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon of coconut or vegetable oil
- 1 cup spelt or all-purpose flour
- 1 & a half teaspoon baking powder
- Half a cup regular sugar or coconut sugar, or sweetener for sugar free option.
- Quarter teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix the first four ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk well.
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a doughnut tray if you have one. (If not you can use a muffin tray and add the holes in the middle!)
- Mix all remaining ingredients and stir very well.
- Pour wet into dry and immediately pour into the pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then allow to cool.
- Top these doughnuts with whatever you desire! My favs are jam, chocolate frosting, or glaze.
